Here is a fast and easy way to gain knowledge of your specified industry to make you more employable. Salesforce offers you an opportunity to earn credentials to add to your CV in any industry that interests you through the use of 'Trailhead'. I've personally tried trailhead and earned 3 credentials and badges in less that one hour so that I can report back to you guys! 

1.     Record Rollups in Financial Services Cloud - 30 Minutes with a reward of 200 points.

‘Record Rollups’ is an application that allows wealth managers to gain a holistic view of clients and their financial situation.

 

Customers want to be heard but also have a sense of connection with the company and most importantly their needs met. If customers are not getting a personalized, consistent, and proactive experience, it is likely they are going to leave to another business.

 

To combat this, you can use Record Rollups which provides a summary of customers personalized financial situations but also considers personalized matters such as college, mental health etc. Information can be accessed quickly allowing financial information (on an individual or group basis) of the client, spouse, and their parents.

       2.   Account Record View: Step by Step – 10 Minutes with a reward of 100 points.

Salesforce demonstrated through a step-by-step process on how I can create an Account record list for clients/ users of a company’s website. In these account records you can link existing accounts with other accounts if there is an existing relationship.

You can also view all account past interactions and statistics from the user’s website engagement. This can become incredibly useful for gathering broader information on clients and having it all easily accessible in your hands.

3.     Email Sending in Account Engagement- 10 Minutes with a reward of 100 points.

I was shown the importance of a business to have cohesive emails that look consistent throughout the business, and this can be done through templates provided. It is an important and overlooked feature that allows customer engagement within emails for targeted audiences.
